On arriving, our hotel managers and directors will welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere :
From 6.30am to 12pm and 5pm to 9pm during the week*.
From 8am to 12pm and 5pm to 9pm on weekends and public holidays*.
Outside of these hours, you can access your room 24 hours a day thanks to the room vending machine located at the entrance of the hotel.

BOOKING
⇒ Guaranteed booking: The guaranteed booking guarantees you the availability of your room whatever your arrival time (until 12pm the next day). All you need to do is pay for your first night in advance either by sending a bank cheque to the hotel at least 8 days before the start of your stay, or by communicating directly to the hotel the type, the 16-digit number, the expiry date and the cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the back of your card in the signature area (1)) to guarantee your booking. Communicating your bank details to guarantee the reservation does not allow payment for the nights booked but authorises the hotel to debit your card for the amount of the first night of the stay booked in the event of no-show if the reservation has not been cancelled in accordance with our cancellation conditions (see terms and conditions of sale).
⇒ Non-guaranteed booking : However, you can book directly with the hotel without giving your credit card details, therefore your reservation will not be guaranteed after 7pm and will automatically be put back on sale.
⇒ Cancel your reservation If cancelled up to 6pm on the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All guaranteed bookings can be cancelled at https://secure.reservit.com/fo/booking/253/0/manage?langcode=FR&partid=0 up to 2 days prior to arrival. Beyond this date, all rooms booked and not cancelled will be charged the price of the first night and the rest of the stay will be cancelled.
