Our hotel is located only 10 minutes from the city of Troyes, named “Le Bouchon de Champagne” because of the shape of the historic centre when seen from the sky. Discover this medieval city full of history, and its heart of town between Gothic and Renaissance. 16th century private mansions, churches, colourful timber-framed houses, quays along side the River Seine, parks, Gallo-Roman city, cathedral, museum of modern art, former episcopal palace … The 9 districts of the city are home to an exceptional heritage.
The region is a paradise for nature lovers. Near our hotel, you can go on beautiful hikes, on foot or by bike, on the greenways, on the cycle routes, on the Montgueux hiking trails, one of the departures of which is located at the foot of the hotel…. You can also enjoy tours to discover the treasures of the Champagne region in total safety.
Go on a great shopping trip in Troyes. You will find many shops in the streets and alleys of the medieval city. Troyes is therefore an attractive city centre, but also 200 factory outlets and shops that sell the end of series from the textile and clothing manufacturers. And in particular the 3 commercial flagships City Brands : Marques City, MCArthur Glen and Au fil des Marques. These shops have become so famous that they attract nearly 4 million visitors a year.
Just 10 minutes from the hotel, take a flight or a microlight for a first flight. Several possibilities are available, during a 20-minute discovery flight, fly over the region with a “speaker” pilot who will explain the region as seen from the sky. And if you feel like it, you can also take an introductory flight, a first flying lesson with an instructor.
